Autumn is my most cherished time of year. It’s a time of great reflection and celebration, a time to take stock in all we’ve worked for and been blessed with, a time of great release and deep relaxation.

In this sound bath we honor the autumn equinox.
With exactly 12 hours of day and 12 of night, this day symbolizes balance. The balance of light and dark, of hot and cold, of activity and reflection.

This sound bath is split evenly into light and dark segments. Allow yourself to balance and attune as we synchronize with the elements of this beautiful season.

Vibration through bowls is not just an art. It's the facilitator who understands the power and responsibility involved in using such tools without causing injury. That is where the ability truly lies. I once attended a small conference of 200-300 people where someone was healing a person in the corner of the room with various bowls by standing in front of of the person. But the healer and healee were in the same open area as the remaining attendees! As I stepped into the room I instantly could feel and see the audience mingling around unaware they were ALL expelling toxic energy from their systems, contaminating the entire room! Have you ever walked into a tiny kitchen where someone is frying pork bacon? That heavy, thick grease coats the entire space, curtains, walls, and you with it's energy? It was just like that. I immediately began to feel a pressure headache and my field become contaminated and I had to wait outdoors until the event was properly ventilated and the healer stopped detoxing the audience! By the time the healer was done, the whole room needed a good salt bath for 20 mins. and 108 rounds of OMMMM to clear the space again. I have even had a Shamanic practitioner stand behind me and bang a drum so hard they broke the webs in my back and caused energetic bleeding and it was painful. No awareness of the power of vibration and it's effect of the subtle bodies will, not may, do good or - something else. Thank you for your innate awareness of such advanced knowledge. 🙏🌞

The balance of light and dark, of hot and cold, of activity and reflection 💗 I took many pictures today, but the last two I took was of the shadow line of the sun setting running along a line of trees and then in my car of my head half-lit by sun. I didn’t put the two together until right after. Then I went to my aunt’s place and her boyfriend was sick and sleeping on the couch. I changed the TV to this and then was blown away by by synchronicity! ✨

First importance. Perseus 😘. Cats are Zen. As I named you, Travis. I rewound several times to see Persy and your beautiful reaction/smiles but still playing so professionally - "showtime!" Must tell you, Persy and my Hartley are a double act. Rascal, his second name. Watching ng in disbelief, Hartley walks up my chest to kiss me on the lips. And repeats it, after I tell him "thankyou that was wonderful." ☺️. Only wish, had it on film. This type of bond, priceless. And why I adore cats; rescuing 24 yrs. Their autonomy, watching you try to coax him away, amusing. Only on their terms 🤨... Thankyou for making my evening. Have only listened daily, past week? quite unwell, but 'watched' you today, first time. Amazing talent. A remarkable being, you are. Your energy, truly felt, I stated you are what a being should be, in a pure state, as 'god like.' Wonderful. To so many. Wished I'd found you past few years, but glad I did, appreciating timing.
