Sweet holy Pebbles, I love that astrocat. I need to find something like that for my desk--I'm a translator for NASA! I need that! That staircase is cool, too, and it'll look great with your potions!

That staircase is lovely now it's all touched up and has some wee potions and crystals on it lol! I'll do an updated room tour soon:) In the meantime, I've exhausted Google looking to see if I can find you one of those space cats and I can't source one anywhere - which is weird - surely someone must make them! Next time we're in Bury shopping precinct and at Uneak & Teak (I think that's what they were called) I'll see if they're still in stock and make enquiries. In the meantime, translating for NASA - what an interesting job!

How fun, what a great trip and haul!! My fav would be a toss up between the owl and snowglobe. I absolutely adore castles!! Next summer when we take our trip to Ireland I fully intend to find me some castles!!

What a nice haul!! - We have tk max in Germany too, it’s always interesting checking, sometimes you come out laden with stuff because they got really good things in, like the Ravenclaw stuff, and then they don’t have anything for ages that’s NOT rubbish, lol.

I Couldn't agree more the other half and myself are on a constant hunt for picture frames with the intent to cover our stair wall and we can confirm the easiest and most affordable way is raiding charity shops 😂 p.s love the snow globe 😊

It is probably a good idea that you don’t have a spiral staircase in real life because according to Chinese feng shui, if you have a spiral staircase, the chi can’t flow properly and can cause chaos in the home! …beautiful owl!…I , too, love old books, especially the way they smell! ☺️

@@FebsMagicEmporium I did read that if someone has a spiral staircase that faces the front door, they can hang a crystal at the bottom of the stairs to help keep the chi and the wealth flowing properly through the home ☺️…our home has a bathroom in the northeast corner of the house, which is also bad, but we were able keep our fortune from going down the drain by hanging a mirror on the outside of the bathroom door ☺️😉…there is usually a way to fix issues that way 😀

nice items. if you ever get to add a tower, you can get a spyral staircase too. additional storage space would come in handy. the best to me, the owl and the snow globe. I agree I can see the fallout resemblance. the book sounds kinda interesting. ever thought on reading books on youtube?

I did consider it once, I thought I'd read the Everquest books and maybe the Fable books but I couldn't get permission from the publishers:(

@@FebsMagicEmporium well I'm a Pisces ♓🐟.....I feel thing's (OMG , that sounds creepy 🫣)................ What I meant was that I can read people, buildings (when outside of them) and I get an insight , perhaps through their speech , mannerisms, their likes etc. Buildings, I get a feeling of what's happened in the past if it's old . If I'm in a castle or stately home.... sometimes I have to leave. Hope you enjoy Mary Shelly's Classic 👍😁

I'm not too sure on the scale of the spiral staircase, but could you put your smaller potions on every other step? That owls is real nice. I absolutely hate when merchants put the sticky price tags on books. What's your secret for getting them off without messing up the cover?

Yes potions and crystals I think once I've touched up the paintwork with a bit of black metal paint:) Luckily my stickers came right off no problem. If they hadn't I'd have got off what I could without marking the book and then used a damp (not wet) piece of cotton wool to get off what was left. If there's a sticky residue then I would use a TINY bit of nail varnish remover on a cotton pad to get right of that - with a leather book you should be pretty safe!
