What a great service you are doing sir to the music community ! Thanks You . Your backing tracks are making me a much better guitar player and i'm finally able to play a little Jazz like i have always wanted . My wife bought me a Les Paul guitar for our 20th anniversery and I am getting a great Jazz tone with the 48-11 gauge strings i put on them . I"ve been waiting for years to find a easier way to play Jazz and you have made it possible . Thank You

That's my intention! Thanks very much, it's kind of you to say so. I use the same string gauges for my bluesy guitars, but my jazz archtop has 12-52 flatwounds.

Great Backing Track. Quality is superb. Sounds👍great with my classical 🎸. Love to play. Harmonically pleasing. The chords are spot on. Room to stretch out and play freely. I might do this on the keys too. Thanks.. Peter.

Hey Pete, these are fantastic backing tracks. Much appreciated and love the higher tempo ones as well. Whilst it's right to practice slow there are so few backing tracks that then step it up a notch to really nail that fluency. One little thing is the white background is a nightmare on the iPad for trying to find the pause button to rewind to get particular chord changes. It looks great stylistically but I just can't see the pause button very well on the iPad. Thanks!!

Thanks Matt, I'll bear that in mind. When I started making these I never thought about iPads etc.

Fully understand and you can see the effort you've put into your stuff! I tend to just throw the tracks up on an evening and work through some licks to try and drill them into my mind before doing some more "free" stuff.They really are outstanding.

I don't know what the full G major song sounds like so I'm up to a part and I don't know which notes to play. A F# A G It's supposed to be played over a B7.

What Key?
@PeteFGuitar8 жыл бұрын
Hi Eudora. It starts off in the key of G Major. Look at the first four chords: iim7, V7, IM7 and IVM7 in the key of G.
