I love the background you created for this card, Gina! It does look so autumnal. I don't usually do "grunge," but I might just try something like this. The only thing I didn't care for too much was putting the greeting over the leaves of the tree. I just feel it fights too much with the focal image. I would think, if you used a lighter ink (or second generation stamping) for the tree, it might be better. Otherwise, I love the card. Thanks so much for sharing this! Definitely pinning this for future reference on techniques.

Hi, I am new to the world of stamping and embossing, I have learned a lot from watching you. Even though I've been making cards for a while using quilling and a few different embellishments, my cards look very sad compared to yours😦. Anyway, I live in Australia in a small country town and I buy most of my supplies online. Sometimes the postage from US to Australia is more than the cost of what I am buying! The Gina k stamp pads and markers you used to create this card I cannot find here. Would the Tim Holtz distress ink pads work the same as the gina k inks you use? Also do you know of a supplier that won't charge an arm and leg to post it here. Thanks you. I would also like you to know that I think you are amazing, your cards are absolutely beautiful, I would be thrilled to be half as good as you. Keep these projects coming, they are great for people like me to learn from.
