@carrie2258 That wasn’t paper towel used in the skillet. It’s parchment paper I have used it to fry and bake with for over 25 years. Did not want you to use paper towels it would be a disaster. Hopefully this helps you out. Enjoy your weekend!

Merci, pour votre chaîne ! Je ne regrette pas d'y être abonné. J'adore la Culture Japonaise et Asiatique. Je ne connais pas tout mais le jardin de votre mère ressemble au mien mais le sien est beaucoup mieux. J'ai beaucoup de questions mais avec la barrière des langues cela est un peu compliqué. Je peux échanger en Français, Anglais et Espagnol. Je comprends le Portugais et l'Italien. Je fais de nombreuses "expériences privées" sur des plantes qui ne poussent pas en France et malgré tout je les aide à s'adapter et j'ai entre autres un "Néflier du Japon". En 2022, j'ai eu beaucoup de fleurs et des petits fruits, puis une période de gel un peu plus forte et pas de récolte. J'ai aussi quelques plantes tropicales mais pas beaucoup. J'adore également les recettes de cuisine car elles ressemblent beaucoup aux miennes avec presque les mêmes légumes. Je connais un peu la cuisine Asiatique et certains ingrédients surtout Vietnamiens et fait également quelques recettes. J'adore les sushis, sashimis et maki mais j'ai des doutes sur l'authenticité des recettes en France. J'aimerai apprendre ces recettes Japonaises et d'autres aussi. J'avais prévu un séjour au Japon mais depuis presque 5 ans beaucoup de choses ont changé. Heureusement qu'il y a internet et votre chaîne YT. Merci encore ! Peut-être pourront nous encore échanger nos points de vues et sur nos cultures au potager.
