well fall did start a week or two in September so I just consider the first day of September the start of fall. Also my favorite fall food is red pepper tomato soup with tofu, it is just so comforting and tastes good paired with crispbread.

I recommend using shredded cheese when you make grilled cheese. It's a lot cheesier and when you cut it in half and pull the pieces apart it looks cool.
