Hot tip (that I only know because my partner gets on my all the time about it), using the sharp edge of the knife to slide veggies into the pot/pan dulls it super quick! I use the backside nowadays and its nice to have have to sharpen so often! :)

I'm a photographer - try using manual settings and then don't put your shutter speed lower than 1/200. Just change the aperture and ISO to adjust lighting settings. That way you should never get blurry images.

20:30 for the egg yolk thing try to take some of the soup on the side and let it cool off then add one egg yolk and half a lemon juice mix it well and add it at the end when the whole soup is cooked and let it only for about 5 minutes while mixing the pot this is so you won’t get egg chunks in the soup

Noooo, Irish Americans need to stop with that nonsense! My great-grandparents moved here from Ireland, and I'm sure were overworked and underpaid, but even indentured Irish people knew they could purchase their freedom. They were not enslaved. We Irish Americans do a lot of rewriting of our history. Ask your friend (if she's still your friend) what she knows about the draft riots in the 1860s. There was a lot of racism among the Irish when they felt former enslaved Black men were coming north to work. Sorry, you probably know all of this, I'm just venting at your friend by proxy! 😠

My wife and I have been following your videos (you helped my wife find her gateway drug ACOTAR of course) and really enjoy them! FYI - I love my fujifilm cameras because they have old-school controls and looks, and more importantly have really nice film simulations you can pick from. I know you are still getting used to the system, BUT I do have a game-changing custom film profile if you have time to try it! "Classic Chrome" film sim, Color chrome and Color chrome blue both set to "weak", White Balance adjustments of Red +2 / Blue -4, Highlights -1, Shadows -1, Color +2. It was from a youtuber named Reggie Ballasteros, and is in between Kodak Portra and Kodak Kodachrome film :) It is good for everything from portraits to nature and street photography! To help with the camera shake. Set your Shutter speed to Auto (A), put your ISO to Auto (A), then pick the Aperture of your choosing... Worst it could happen normally is a grainy image. But better to have a grainy image than an out of focus one.
