Have been interested in light therapy for some time but never really looked at anything sound based until recently when i somehow ended up on one of your videos and have watched them all quite a bit over the past few weeks now, especially the "sound and breath to reset the nervous system ✨ (30 min) video" Definitely something i am looking to explore more of in future. Love it! Please do for healing all chakras and I want to unblock them!
