My best deal .75 cents at a thrift store (Color tag sale): LV Popincourt, It needed vachetta leather replaced because of dry rot, sent to LV, took over a year to get back and they comp'd the repairs!!

I recently got an empreinte leather tote from TRR and it was ROLLED , taped and shoved into a cylindrical box! Luckily it was fine, but I saw the package and thought there is no way this is what I ordered! Also, the bag was listed in only good condition and came with the matching pochette , but the pictures looked better than the one on Fashionphile, which was more expensive and did not have the pochette. The bag is beautiful. They really are all over the place - it's a complete crap-shoot buying from them.

I had a bend in my vintage epi leather bag. So, I took my hand steamer to the inside of the bag and it strengthened out and stayed fixed.

TRR has been hit and miss for awhile but i’ve noticed they have gone really down hill the last 8-10 months. I’ve received bags without any dustbag or packing materials, thrown into a much too large box, severely damaged in shipping. The amount of fake Hermes scarves lately is beyond words. And every bag has many undescribed issues. Your LV bag is ridic - they ruined it. And they fight giving refunds. I just won’t even look and be tempted by their offerings anymore.

I ordered a used LV bag and it was still pretty pricey! Looked really nice and the condition was pristine. Discount was not fabulous but appreciated as the original price was $2500.00, I paid $1700.00. I have never seen an LV bag for $300.00 that was in decent condition. Ugh...

That is so crummy how they sent it to you. And smelly? Shoot! Oddly I just posted my petite noe in black epi for sale. Mine is the more vintage style with brass hw but I’ve had the leather banding and loops replaced so she’s got a lot of life left in her. I just am not a bucket bag gal.

I’m shocked that a company like the “Real Real” that specializes in designer items would fail so badly in packaging your purse. Care in shipping should be of the upmost priority for their company. It makes one pause to wonder that the sloppy packaging is a portend of their authentication process.

I bought a D&B saffiano bucket bag on Ebay that was in pristine condition and the seller ruined it by folding the bottom and shipping it in a tyvek mailing envelope. I was livid! Their saffiano is a stiff coated leather and once you crease it that badly there's no rehabilitating it. And then the seller argued with me about the return! That Noe had a hard life but it didn't deserve that treatment. If it hadn't been so scratched up, could you have reshaped the base or is it like saffiano - bends and creases don't come out?

TRR always does this , I have a few bags that fold like this , its soooo disappointing, I don't know why they do that, maybe to save some $$ in shipping, but shipping is not free with tRR, it's $15. I would never buy any bag from TRR anymore, if I do I ll make sure I pay extra for returnable and video the unboxing.
