I just finished putting my new Auxbeam (gold colored?) in my 2015 Civic. Great instructional video. Took about 10 minutes even sticking my bear paw hands into the coke can openings to reach the bulbs. Light pattern was a little high compared to stock but, the car is a small car and low compared to a larger car. If it works tonight I’ll make no adjustments.👍

Jesse Rizo they are pure daylight compared to the stock halogen bulbs. Both sides of the road are lite up and the road signs on the interstate “POP” right at you. Wish I had put these bulbs in a lot sooner. Never will go back to halogen bulbs.

Instructions? Who needs instructions? You definitely can see the difference in color. The new bulb has a distinctive blue hue to it. It looks warmer. Very good review; thumbs-up!

Great install brother we have used the Auxbeam led bulbs on some of the Jeeps and they value for the money awesome well worth it. Not long ago we did the headlights and the fog lights on the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Black Bear Edition.

Are your chips facing up down or left right? Are those adjustable? I've had some bulbs I couldn't adjust and chips were pointing different ways per side which affected beam pattern.

When you installed the bulbs did you have to do any adjustments to the leds themselves? I just installed some leds on my 2015 civic ex-l and the beam pattern is all over the place with a bit of glare. Im trying to get the beam pattern how you have it in the video.

Hey jesse was wondering if you have the bulbs in 3 and 9 o’clock position or 12 and 6 o’clock. Because i have them on 3 and 9 and they seem to be aiming high and not in the middle? And as well as 6 and 12

When installing the new LED's into the low beam do you have to Make sure they're at the 9 and 3 position I can see that there's a cover for the low beam

Is your car an si? If so you do not have to remove the bumper when changing the 2015 fog lights. You just pull the little plastic pieces off and unscrew the 2 screws that hold each fog light into place.

I installed Hids on my CiViC LX and I liked them cause they were super bright until I realized that they were too bright. Oncoming drivers kepted flashing me. So I switched it to LEDs and everything was good but it kepted messing up with my radio. I took it to a dealership thinking it was my radio signal messing up and they told me it was my LEDs that had the fan that interrupted the radio.

I just bought the F-16 bulbs for my 14 civic coupe and I’m having issues installing them. Did you have to modify the anything? The bulb won’t fit into the housing

Curious if you’ve driven a civic with HIDs? Our Volvo had HIDs and the explorer just has halogens stock. We upgraded to LEDs and it’s way better but we don’t seem to have the same distance that HIDs in the Volvo had. So I’m curious if it’s just our particular experience or if it’s just dynamics of the different vehicles. Great review looking forward to seeing the fog lights 👍

so sorry I'm late to reply and yes my other civic the white one currently has 55watt hid lights i can make a video on led vs hid or just a comparison if you'd like. HID has a higher output like there usually brighter especially if they are 55 watt of course but led will last you a lot longer than hids tend to start turning a lighter color (dimming) after much use then eventually give out due to its not emitting the same output when they were new. but i agree with you with the distance because i also notice that. The thing i like about led like i said it last longer and there is less wires in your care but as far as brightness HID :) hope it helps friend

I have a 2015 Civic EX and I purchased these lights because of this video. They are super bright lol hopefully I don’t get pulled over. But my drivers side headlight will flicker randomly. I checked the connection and it was solid. I will admit that I have 2 12s pushing about 1200 watts, but even when I’m blasting my system at full volume my voltage doesn’t go under 13.5 volts. Any idea what could be cause if the issue? Also my passenger headlight doesn’t flicker at all. Maybe it’s a bad bulb. I’ve had them for 2 days now so age isn’t the problem.

Check if the led is installed correctly into the hole , has the vehicle been crashed?, u can also adjust there is screws/bolts in back of the headlight near where led goes I believe u can adjust useing those but do it carefully

Lol perfect timing, Depending on the car some cars the high beam and low beam are in one bulb and in some there completely separate for example on my civic that I put these on they are separate so I only changed the low beam the high beam is a completely different bulb hope that helps

I am not sure if I should switch to led on my headlights. I have a 2014 Civic si. Yoyr lights look nice indeed but I would be concerned about blinding other drivers at night. I have seen vehicles with bright low beams that can blind you. Makes more sense to install led high beams instead. I do have "Antline" super bright led reverse lights though. You can see so well in your backup camera at night. I highly recommend them.

What about the DRL? I bought some high end Sylvania LED bulbs for the time being until I get HID's but for some reason my DRL's are still the stock halogen. It's the weirdest thing ever because high and low beams are all LED except for my DRL's lol

What bulbs did you use for the DRL?

You don't have to remove the bumper to replace the fog lights, you just need to pray the plastic decorative ring around the fog lamp, and you'll have access to the screws, just remove them and pull the fog lamp housing toward the front of the car, that will give you access to replace the bulb. I think they all may be defective to be honest I’ve been getting a gang of emails on this I’d just email the company on that :/ I don’t work for them I just did a video on there product lol, u can try flipping the harness the opposite way because If im not mistaken there polarity specific 🤔 I hope that helps my friend

Hey man i just had a quick question i hope you could answer, so i bought that paid of Auxbeams and i have the same car (2015 Honda civic) they wouldn't work with the 9005 DRL bulb and i was just wondering if you did those too? I also bought a canbus driver to see if that'll fix the problem but i also read that canbus drivers don't work with DRL lights...

If I’m not mistaken for the drl it takes a different bulb and I think that’s correct I never changed my drl out because of that I once put a amber bulb in but needed up taking that out

They use the same power, just hid has more intensity which they run hotter the little box that goes with the hids are what converts it to be brighter, led which these are the ones I installed they just run off 12 volt with less heat but they both use same power n thanks friend :)
