Misappropriation should be treated as serious crime and shall dismiss from service. We have a system that is very soft towards criminals and that is why crimes are on the raise.

The weakest/ vulnerable hand signatures are most prominently featured/ used my the frauding company/ person. In some situations, the weakness is prone to international level crimes (Employment related) that includes working hardest part to barden of proof.
