अवैध निर्माण की शिकायत के लिए आप अधिकार क्षेत्र के अनुसार नगर पालिका या एसडीएम को भेज सकते हैं, लेकिन यदि आपको अतिक्रमणकारियों से किसी भी प्रकार के खतरे का सामना करना पड़ रहा है तो आप ऑनलाइन पुलिस शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं।

Thanks for commenting इस मुद्दे के संबंध में शिकायत की प्रति एसडीएम कार्यालय या अपने नगर निगम को स्पीडपोस्ट और ईमेल के माध्यम से भेजें। यदि वे कुछ नहीं करते हैं तो आप संबंधित पुलिस स्टेशन के SHO को ईमेल/स्पीडपोस्ट भेज सकते हैं।

एसडीएम, डीएम, एसपी सभी को शिकायत की लेकिन कोई भी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई और न ही एफआईआर दर्ज कर रहे हैं।

Thanks for commenting, As per above mentioned Court order for any unauthorised construction, send a copy of the complaint regarding this issue to the SDM office or your Municipal Corporation through speed post and email. If they don't do anything, then you may send an email/speed post to the SHO of the concerned police station. If all the authorities failed to take any reasonable action necessary as per law, then you may move to the Court for relief.

@@sk-lk2cy You may file appeal. File a First Appeal:Within 30 days of receiving the unsatisfactory response. The First Appellate Authority (FAA) of the concerned municipal department. Mention the details of your original RTI application. Explain why the response was unsatisfactory or incomplete. Submit your appeal in writing, either online (if the system allows) or offline. Wait for the First Appellate Authority’s Response: The FAA should respond to your appeal within 30-45 days. The response should address your concerns regarding the original RTI response. File a Second Appeal:If the First Appeal is also unsatisfactory or you do not receive a response, you can file a Second Appeal within 90 days. The Central or State Information Commission, depending on whether your RTI application was filed under the Central or State RTI Act.Include copies of your original RTI application, the response received, the First Appeal, and the FAA’s response. Provide a detailed explanation of your grievance and why the information is still incomplete or unsatisfactory. Lodge a Complaint:If you believe there has been a deliberate attempt to withhold information, you can lodge a complaint directly with the Information Commission. This is usually done when there is no response from the PIO or FAA.

Where to complain against brick kiln ? We have 7 of these within 2km radius from our home . These brick kiln are made on land which were used for agriculture. A reply would be appreciated.

To start, you can see if the authorities have granted them a license. If the permit is granted in compliance with the laws and guidelines and you sustain any harm or it results in environmental issues that go beyond what is permitted by the regulations. Regarding this, you can get in touch with the DM/SDM or the Central or State Pollution Control Board in your area. You may also file RTI to check list of permitted kiln in your area.
