I'll always truck alone and do not need a double bunk. Can I have a two seat kitchenette with a table instead of the lower bunk in the 579? I like the little two seat with table kitchenette available in a Freightliner Cascadia--a rig nowhere in the range of niceness of the 579.

Speaking about the 589, supposedly there's been a leaked picture of it that was floating around and there's been 2 channels that have showed it. I was wondering if they were going to use the current dash of the 2.1 meter cab or redesign it so that the 389 guys would still have that familiar interior.

I don't fully know but would expect that it will be identical to the 567 and 579 you currently see.

I had a feeling that Peterbilt was going to do the same thing that Kenworth did when they built the W990. It makes sense, no matter how much us traditionalist love the 389 and W900.
