Visit Sri Harmandir Sahib one day and you will find all your scientific answers. This Shabad says "Allah" because Guru ji wants to tell us that whatever you call God, God is God. Allah, Khudah, Ram, Bhagwan, The Lord, Waheguru... Whatever you wish to address the eternal light, at the end of the day we are all praying to the same God. Guru ji says in this Shabad "The clay is the same, but the designer has fashioned it in various ways" which elaborates to the message that God is same but there are many ways to pray to God. Additionally "nothing is wrong with the pot of clay and there is nothing wrong with the potter" meaning nothing is wrong with our ways of faith and there is nothing wrong with the creators of our faiths. Because conclusively we are all praying to the same God. I hope you open your mind and actually try to understand this Shabad, as the answers were already here.
