I’ve been following BMTH for the past 5 going on to 6 years, I’m 13 and I’m turning 14 in November. I named 3 of my birds after BMTH in some way, Oliver, Sykes, and Avalanche. Any cover of this song makes me instantly happy from remembering all the things I’ve done with them, especially the two that have sadly passed on. In 11 days, it will be the 4 year mark of my journey with birds, that was the day I had got Oliver. I just wanted to say this band helped me so much and made an impact on me, this cover brought tears to my eyes, I loved it, you have such a beautiful voice. Thank you so much for this cover, it has a lot of meaning to me. Rest In Peace to Oliver and Avalanche. For those who read this, thank you, I thought it would be nice to share my experience with the band.

ToxicArmy Outright ya know it’s funny you mention that. To be honest. In middle school I LIVED for that kind of music. Therefor gained a lot of following from just leisurely posting covers of songs I was listening to. 8 years later, I enjoy a huuuuuge variety of genres and enjoy experimenting beyond that. Hence the new music! I’m just having fun now days rather than sticking to something genre specific. However, I realize a large portion of you (about 50% according to analytics haha) still hang around for that stuff! And it’s nostalgic for me too. Was literally thinking a few days ago about mixing some Paramore type tracks in the mix and seeing what happens. Or at least when I do these covers, maybe even do them in their original instrumentation rather than this hippie indie stuff 😂🙄 Thoughts?
