It still amazes me how The Avalanches merged a ballad queen, a punk icon & a dancehall newcomer into a track that not only works out but, actually, encapsules 2020 vibes in its entirety. My favourite song from last year, this video makes me love it more.

About to turn 36, up at 2am just jamming for the first time in years.... I have been so caught up with "adult" life that I didnt even realize the avalanches dropped a 3rd album(4 years ago ugh). Just discovered Cola Boyy I am a instant fan, and he's gone before I even knew he existed . We got to stop and remember to enjoy life. Time is flying by so fast and I'm clearly missing my favorite parts of what living is. I am NOT going to let this world continue to beat me down. Thanks Cola Boyy, RIP.

I wish the music video reflected how good this song is, but with covid and all I understand it must be more difficult to go all out like on SILY and Wildflower. Anyway, just picked up this record at my local shop, and it has not disappointed! Keep up the amazing music (and don't wait a decade between albums!) Another note, I'm really digging the less samples on the album, especially compared to your early stuff. It feels more organic and intentional to have recorded so much yourselves ❤
