First question: the picture is from Fate/Grand Order, in the second season's chapter: the Fairy Kingdom of Britain, the third and last part of it. For the last statement, it is an important plot point... Wales was already destroyed before the fire consumes the island.

Well this is England but not England per se. If you follow Fate and play the Global version of Fate/Grand Order to talk about why everything is on fire or why there's such a massive hole on the middle would be spoilers. So unless you really wanna read JP spoilers, you'll get to know about that next year. If not a player, I can happily tell ya :)

@@DragonKnight90001 Spoilers Stuff happens, you accidently cause the apocalypse in Fairy Britain, which frankly was going to get blown up sooner or later, you just helped accelerate the process, and now britain is burning, and a giant dog is trying to erase everything from existence. And this is before you fight eldritch totoro who's a planatery time bomb and that one shark with a really big mouth but an insect that's basically a black hole
