ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായി ആണ് ഇവിടെ വരുന്നത്. ഇതൊരു പൂർവ്വികരുടെ കാലം മുതൽ ഉള്ള വളരെ ഹെൽത്തിയും ടേസ്റ്റിയും ആയിട്ടുള്ള പലഹാരം ആണ്. ഈ അവിലോസുപൊടി കൊണ്ട് അവിലോസുണ്ട തയ്യാറാക്കി എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ശബരിമല തീർത്ഥാടനം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഇരുമുടിക്കെട്ടിലെ പ്രധാന വഴിപാട് ഇനം ആണ് അവിലോസുപൊടി. ശബരിമലയിൽ പൂജിച്ച അവിലോസുപൊടി കൂടി ചേർത്ത് ആണ് മലപ്രസാദം (ശബരിമല പ്രസാദം) തയ്യാറാക്കി എടുക്കുക. എനിക്ക് ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടമായി. ഇനിയും ഇതുപോലുള്ള കിടിലൻ റെസിപികൾ ആയിട്ട് വേഗം തന്നെ വരിക 😍
