I absolutely love that you open up with this kind of content. Even though this isnt your direct intent, you are a role model for men. Young men especially are lacking male role models who are focused on positive engagement in life, skills development, and forms of positive solitude. The internet needs more attention on positive creators and content that are connected with life in ways that genuinely support wellbeing and connectedness.

Feeling lost is part of life. When we question things and get ready for changes. It happens to everyone multiple times in multiple phases of life. It's only natural. For anyone feeling lost now at any age, stage in life - the beauty lies in asking the questions, and not just in finding the answers

This is the case for many people in their 20s. I see so many people in their 30s who look a lot happier than they were when they were younger and they seem like they are more at peace and they don't let things get to them as much. I hope this will be me when I'm 30 :(. I've been watching you for a long time and I'm loving this new chapter. You're kinda living my dream life rn. If I'm not around nature enough then I find myself becoming depressed, more irritable, stressed etc. I would love to have my own yard with a garden. It would be so peaceful.

Hi Gaz I remember when you came to the book signing in Toronto. Oct 22/2018. You were so humble and down to earth. You probably felt lost because you were probably surrounded by people who were not of the higher vibration like yourself. It was a long time ago now, but I was the person whose father was from Aberdare

The feeling you have when thinking about your garden, the plants growing from a little seeds, must be similar to having kids. The fact that my child was just a seed (or an egg) just a few years ago and grew inside my body and now outside my body drives me crazy. Seeing him everyday, learning new things, getting bigger, and just the fact that my body created this perfect little human, is so humbling and grounding and reminds me everyday that life can be great. For that reason I would love to have a garden one day to show my child how our food grows to let him experience that feeling too.

Today is an emotional day for me. I have to say that each time that I see a video of yours, it brings tears to my eyes-in a good way. There is such a sense of peace and calmness that occurs for me. I love all of the fresh produce, communing with nature and joy that I feel. It's overwhelming, nurturing and meditative. Cut yourself some slack. No one knows at 20 or 30 what our life choices are going to be. You are discovering who you are. Yes, it's scary as all hell, but enjoy the process to the best of your ability. Maybe your parents might know because of the goals that they have for you. I didn't know until I finished nursing school at 25. That change doubled my income and gave me more independence. However, until I found the area in nursing that I wanted to focus in, I was sad a lot of the time. Look at how happy you are and the joy that you experience with your life choices. Happiness will always change based on the decades and life choices that you choose. Enjoy the process and journey. I LOVE your instrumental music. It reminds me of Latino music. It's soothing and meditative. Thanks for taking us on your journey. Sorry for the long response.

Those stuffed tomatoes look great, I can imagine the flavorings and would like to try them. The tomatoes were absolutely beautiful, when you cut them they looked like a pesto drizzled in crevasse of the tomatoes. Everything looked great. The mint tea is also very Moroccan and they like to sweeten it, it is however you drink it a nice refreshing tea. When you opened up about life in your 20’s that was great, there are so many people in there 20’s who are trying to figure it all out and life changes. Sometimes when going through the 20’s age range people have so many plans, and what life tends to teach is getting caught up in planning can cause the mixture of emotions from upset when things don’t go according to plan or elation when they do. Learning to go with the flow and live day by day with simpler plans long and short term can help with not feeling like failing when things don’t happen as planned. Sometimes things not happening as planned can be a blessing in disguise for later. So you speaking to your audience about all that was great and appreciated. Thank y’all for the content. 😊

I should take things and myself in good humour more often like you do. Lol, may the teapot's aim be true. I am in the stage of a kind of reboot. It's not a fast transition, I've discovered I needed to slow down more, and that's probably something that calls me to these videos. I feel happy for you that you're living so well and get so much joy from it. The food is also interesting, if very different from what I'm used to. I'm unfortunately not able to enjoy tomatoes like you can, but I'd love to try something like this with capsicums. Well done growing those impressive tomatoes! I might not eat them, but I do still appreciate all the effort, nurture, and happiness involved. I know the feeling.
