Welcome to our on-ride experience of the Avatar Airbender at Nickelodeon Land, Blackpool Pleasure Beach! We take you on a first-person journey on one of Nickelodeon Land's most exciting attractions, offering a unique perspective on the twists and turns that make the Avatar Airbender a must-ride
The Avatar Airbender is a Disk'O ride manufactured by the Italian company, Zamperla. Opening in 2011 as part of the Nickelodeon Land themed area. Known for its unique design, the ride features a Mega Disk'O platform that seats up to 24 riders per cycle.
What are the Avatar Airbender Height Restrictions?
To ride Avatar Airbender guests must be 1.2m. Speedy Pass is available but there is no on-ride photo.
Nickelodeon Land at Blackpool Pleasure Beach is the only place in the UK where visitors can meet Aang, from the acclaimed series, Avatar: The Last Airbender. Following his popularity due to the success of the animated Netflix series and his appearance in the game Fortnite, Aang's character interactions and photo opportunities will be available for the 2024 season

Nickelodeon Land is a themed area at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. In 2010 Blackpool Pleasure Beach managing director Amanda Thompson announced that Blackpool Pleasure Beach would be working with Viacom, owners of the American Nickelodeon brand, to open a brand new Nickelodeon theme park.
Spongebob Month
Nickelodeon Land and Blackpool Pleasure are celebrating Spongebob Month throughout July in their Bikini Bottom extravaganza! Celebrate with your favorite underwater friends from the Spongebob animated TV series, meet and greet the characters, and join all the SpongeBob-themed activities throughout July.
Nickelodeon Land opened on 4th May 2011 replacing an area known as Beaver Creek which closed on 5th September 2010. Nickelodeon Land was officially opened by Baywatch and Knight Rider actor David Hasselhoff.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach is an amusement park on Blackpool's South Shore, in North West England.
