I remember playing the first Avatar game both PSP and PS3 and it was one of my favorite games to play back then. Though I wish it was in first person, but since it’s from 2009 and the technology is not yet good, I forgive it. Can’t wait to see you play this game soon!

Often it's to simplify the combat. If in third person and you for example fight with a spear. They have a much higher demand in gameplay if it's in third person compared to first person.

Ubisoft and Massive really crafted a game that pushes gaming into the future here. Years ago playing on PS1 I thought to myself, the future of gaming would look like Pixar CGI. Avatar Frontiers really nailed it visually. I hope the game has a compelling story to drive interest, and the sensation of combat and survival feel impactful. This could be very immersive. I've seen other creators comment how Ubisoft is JUST making a FARCRY clone. The formula is sound albeit a well known mechanic, but this looks very organic in a good way. Kudos to the teams involved in crafting this game. I look forward to playing it and hope it's got the means to keep the immersion for many hours.

Yo trev interesting fact is that James Cameron himself took personal charge over the game because he apparently didn’t like what Ubisoft was doing so no wonder the game was delayed to December 7. This game is a less impressive version of ARK: Survival Ascended. I highly recommend you make a video on it TmarTn, as IMO it has the greatest graphics of any game, and objectively using the latest and greatest tech (UE 5.2 - Hardware PT - Physics/Fluid Simulation - Huge dynamic open world)
