You can use the Ikran Smash action while mounted against AMPs as well as any turret(s) as long as you have acquired the elder chiroptera armor by crafting the Ikran combat saddle. After winning other survey sites and other RDA supply depots located high up in the mountainous regions, it's easiest to simply smash the balloons, etc., then smash the advanced shielded AMPs then clear the ground enemies!
