I'm torn the windmilling and headbanging is the best and most I've seen but that's gotta hurt eventually. It's almost every song and video. I want them to keep going for as long as they want. Not get injured and stop.

When you get used to it, it stopps hurting lol. I sang 5 avatar songs (I am practicing my screams, and since Johannes is my biggest inspiration, Im doing it to there songs) and I couldn't help but to headbang and windmill, and damn Im dead, but I was used to it once. Also if you massage your neck before and after the show you wont get the pain

Especially Jonas with those heavy ass dreads. They're so badass, but it must hurt eventually. Phil Anselmo of Pantera went so hard on stage for 20 years, but he had to get a bunch of neck and back surgeries.

The bassist is an important part of a band. But I think the reason why DTeanacity was focus on Johannes because he's more active and make the performance look more fun. I mean you can see Johannes jumps and run everywhere on the stage..
