The day they attempted a remake, comparisons were inevitable. Otherwise, people might as well call M. Night's 'The Last Airbender' a masterpiece if you refrain from comparing it to the original. Stop playing the victim card and saying, 'Don't compare this and that.' We only compare because it's a remake; otherwise, why would we bother? We never compared Harry Potter with its novels, even though they made significant changes, and the same goes for Game of Thrones (P.S. the last season was disappointing as the novel is still incomplete)
