I have no doubt the second and third season will be better. Most shows have a weaker first season and then find their footing.

Agree that the writing needs to be better. It was the weakest part of the whole live action which is a shame coz they got all the other aspects there already--- cast, costume, element bending, sets, heck... the avatar world was there. The only thing missing was a well written storyline & character building. 💔 Too bad season 1 wasn't a banger. I am also hopeful that it will get better in the next season
