Avatar: The Last Airbender Song | Alone in a Crowded Room

The original ATLA is one of our favorite shows of all time as you guys have probably noticed over the years. With the new live action version finally dropping on Netflix we were so pumped to make another song, but wanted to do something different this time. We’ve made the more "epic" type of tracks for these characters, but we’ve never explored the pain that Aang has carried with him throughout his journey. And in writing this we pulled from our own losses we've experienced as well. This one’s been in the works for a long time and we hope you like it.

This first episode where they where in the spirit world was just so sad. They all found out truths about themselves that they didn't want to hear or remember again and I don't blame them. Sokka found out his dad was disappointed in him. Katara found out that the fact that she was a water bender got her mother killed. (We already know this if you watched the animated series, so this isn't a spoiler. Kya protected the last waterbender, Katara.) Aang finds out that as much as he needs Monk Gyatso, he's no longer there. and yeah, I tearbended myself, Excuse me for having a heart!

Been out for some days now, its a different pace. Not too bad but if you expect it to be similar to the original. Then it will dissapoint. I was enjoying it but characters in different spots and just the order of the episodes being so different ruined it for me personally

I very much appreciate that nothing could be as good as the original….. if you believe it has to be the same to be as good. Personally, I think this live-action version is as good as anything could be. So much better than I expected. I loved it, and I’m half-way through my second time through. I think it is powerful, and lovely, and tells the story in a really good way.
