Great video in terms of content, if you're open to criticism though. Less is more with the constant animation. You don't want to distract from the image or message and if you focus on a scene you want the viewers to watch, the constantly shifting contrast can make certain parts difficult to view. A lot of great discussion videos dont even have cutaways, as long as the clips make sense in the way they are presented.
