Honestly I don't blame Tagaka for calling out Yun's mentors. If someone walked in three infamous mass murderers into my house and expected me to play nice, I'd be up in arms too. It's destressing knowing Kuruk's closest friends caused the deaths of so many.

I love that tagaka uses an Ulu, an inuit women's knife. Great little detail that harkens to the water tribes inspiration!

that's not an ulu or anything like it, that's a jian and was described as such in the book. the jian is considered somewhat feminine in nature due to bot its shape and the way it's used. unless you mean the ulu she has at dinner.

You got to admit it, Tagaka is a very effective leader. She always sees the bigger picture, she is cunning and manipulative, she always things beyond outside the box, and she is always in control of the situation before her. Her manipulative and ruthlessness rivals that of even Azula or Kuvira's.
