It's likely toxic with all that (blacklight) paint. It's not designed for water so I wouldn't if you care about your fish.

Nice review, i bought this and the rainforest at retail, found them recently at $7 each in wal-mart felt like a Stab on the chest , but can’t change the past i remember your video and just rather do the next best thing , and bought 3 more of each to offset the previous purchase.
