Totally convincing. And what a ravishing lyric tenor sound! Du bon gout, et du bon style tout ensemble, quelle suprise agréable! Je suis bien touché. I am generally not convinced by the many performances of this period of French cabaret singers, who are great artists and very good poets but much less good singers, some actually quite poor. Cet enregistrement dépasse la foule entierement. I'd rather hear this than any untrained popular singer. Such color and expression! Hardly anyone does that these days. Bravo!!

Monsieur Guerrero, why don't you have more of a career? I would buy your recordings and even tickets to hear you sing. I'd like to get my students to take the many vocal and artistic risks you do in this recording and the others I've heard. You really have something very special to say, and it deserves to be heard.
