They're a rock band, this is their slower song and one of their most popular song. If you wanna listen to their rougher songs try to check One by One, Deeper Deeper or Mighty Long Fall. Choose any of the three songs but I recommend you to watch their live performance. If you wanna listen to their slower or softer songs try to listen to Clock Strikes, Good Goodbye and Heartache. They're already on their early 30s but they look young indeed.

Thank you for your reaction to ONE OK ROCK. Glad you like them 🥰 If you want to listen to their more rock songs, you may want to start with The Beginning, Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer, and Mighty Long Fall live at Yokohama Stadium. They have lots of super rock songs and slower songs too. Very versatile rock band. Also, they sound similar because there is only one vocalist, that is Taka. 😅 other members are: Toru-lead guitarist and band leader Tomoya-drummer Ryota-basist

Hi Shena, Thank you also for watching our reaction video to OOR. Was it really only one person that was singing?. That’s why I was amazed that their voices sounds similar. Thanks again😊😊 Stay safe!
@SHEN_109694 жыл бұрын
@@Avegel yes, it was only one person that was singing, Takahiro Moriuchi. Other band members usually just provides backing vocals sometimes, but it's mostly just Taka and his different hairstyles for different performances. 😅 You may check out a single live performances instead of live mix for better appreciation. 😊

For their harder songs I recommend: Deeper Deeper Liar Ending Story? NO SCARED Skyfall (Might get copyrighted) But I HIGHLY suggest you react to the live performances of any of their songs. Music videos are ok but OOR truly shines in their live performances. 🤘🏼😁 Nice reaction btw! Hope to see you react more to them. ✊🏼😬

They’re a proper rock band with punk, pop elements. ‘Boy bands’ often have a negative connotation, of corporate put together music optimised for marketability, which I feel shouldn’t be associated with artists like these who started on their own, fellow musicians getting together and working their as off to reach where they are currently. Esp. with how traditional minded Japanese are, its very rare for rock bands who go that corporate route, with only a few exceptions like Babymetal. But even in their case, the band backing up those 3 girls are legit musicians who are exceptional in their craft. Here’s an intro to the Japanese rock/metal scene with some artist recommendations: You might be surprised to know that Japan has the second largest music industry in the world after the US. Its just that on top of a language barrier, they also weren't promoted much outside, not even through digital/online means including the likes of youtube. Infact they have very strict copyright laws that even bans phones in concerts there and only in the recent few years have they started officially releasing their music online. The rock/metal scene is esp. huge. And while the rest of the world sees frontwomen in rock as a novelty, all female bands have been a thing there since the early 1980s. Also, thanks to their impressive concert culture many western artists and bands have managed to remain afloat through the years owing partly to the huge concerts they get to do there frequently. With their compulsory music education and tendency to be workaholics and perfectionist in their craft, what you get is a huge number of insanely gifted, professionally trained musicians flooding one amazing band after the other. And only the most ambitious and finest bands get filtered out from these already incredible ones, to international music fans like us. I dare you to pick anyone from below and conclude that they are shit 😏 Here are some of my fav Japanese bands who are also massively successful, ranging from lighter punkrock to heavier power/heavy/doom metal & metalcore One Ok Rock- We are (live) kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6rEfKKgbNx0eLs Band Maid- Onset (Live instrumental) kzbin.info/www/bejne/o4fVf2CglLqWZrc Band Maid- Bubble kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipCziISqmJytjNk DOLL$BOXX- Dragonet kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHmXhXivf9yjo5Y DOLL$BOXX- Loud Twin Stars (Live) kzbin.info/www/bejne/ip2XgoGOo6pgjrc L'arc en Ciel- Blame (live) kzbin.info/www/bejne/epfQe5aKh76bntk Wagakki Band- Senbonzakura kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZDbhZiqZZuGi9E Lovebites- Shadowmaker kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWTaqoiYm9Fpirs Galneryus- Angel of Salvation kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKTMant7or-fb7s Ningen Isu- Heartless Scat kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZOsaGybas6NgdU The Gazzette- Filth in the Beauty kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmO9g6xtZtucrM0 The Gazzette- Deux (live) kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIunnnuOpryorNU Maximum the Hormone- Let’s Talk about Menkata Cottelee kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3SQqHemrN94qpY Crystal Lake- Apollo kzbin.info/www/bejne/oImbg4egirqWgqc Crystal Lake- Aeon kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXyrpJmZmrt-aMk Crossfaith- Monolith (live) kzbin.info/www/bejne/jquQiWmbjd2ejJo The list is in order from soft to heavy so depending on your preference you can start either from the top or the bottom. They're a band of boys, but I wouldn't call them a boy band. They're a rock band. This was obviously one of their slower songs, though. The vocalist Taka wrote it for his friend who was getting married. It's a song from like 2010 but for the past two or three years straight, it's been the most used song at weddings in Japan. The guys are all in their 30s now btw. They were in their mid 20s during this particular concert. For a more rock vibe, check out "Mighty Long Fall" at Saitama Super Arena or "NO SCARED" at Yokohama Stadium. I think those will be the kind of songs that your husband was imagining. Their live performances are the best so it's highly suggested that you watch a live video over the music video wherever possible.

What do you mean by, they have the same voices ?? I kind of confuse though. Since, Taka is the only one who sang that song throughout the whole video. Hahaha. I guess you thought they are not the same person since the video is a compilation of their live performances of this song. BUT Taka is the only one who sang, its just that, like I said its a compilation of their live performances. So his face, hairstyle and all is kind of changing ??
