Serious question.. typically when I see in the title the word "Official", I assume it's endorsed by the Artist. But that's not the case is it?

It means it's the official song with the lyrics taken out by the band. When they say unofficial it's fan edited one.

I count this as official because after merging the official stems, I still have the same sound as the original mix of the song, even if I don't make any volume adjustments.

The band released all of the official instrument tracks for the song - this is all of them put together without the vocals, effectively making it the official instrumental.
