The drumming alone is fairly difficult. I find it easier to sing and play guitar than just the drumming by itself.

+Zac Wattus That was actually a rumor. The producer said that Matt just wanted to start singing after a while, instead of screaming. Maybe he did have some irritation to help drive it a bit, but other than that, it was Matt's choice to do so.

well i think half the reason is cuz its acceptable in the mainstream to sing/they wanted to do it, and other half being that matt blew his voice after waking tour and had to stop anyways. pretty sure thats why he refuses to scream even live

Nolan Brown Accept his voice didn't blow out. It was a personal choice and the band wanted to go a different route once they released waking the fallen. Look up Scuzz interview and he personally says it. Yes he had surgery on his vocal chords but he can still scream just as well if not better than back then. He just fuckin chooses not to which pisses me off dammit!!!! :P

We got chapter four and welcome to the family in Birmingham, UK. Other than that it was the usual. Didn't get almost easy though, that was a shame. Requiem, doing time and this means war were really good, and I haven't seen Requiem or doing time much outside of the UK tour so I guess you could say they were 'special' songs but it was the httk tour so that's probably the only reason they played them. Would've loved to hear burn it down or MIA instead of bat country, I'm getting tired of it now. Maybe they should swap bat country for Requiem in their future tours.

Zack K Age has nothing to do with it. Matt's only like 32. There's plenty of metal vocalists out there that are still screaming as well as the day they started. Matt chooses not to scream anymore which is frustrating as hell.

Dustin Nelson Yes, but for the most of them, screaming is the only thing they do. It's like this - screaming parts right but not singing high note parts in the right octave vs. improvise screaming parts and singing high note parts as they are supposed to be sung. As for me, he has chosen wisely. And maybe he still has fear of threatening his voice with screaming and getting the same problem he had back in 2005.

I just think it's a bit overplayed and overrated. I understand that most people want to hear it though, and I did sing along and stuff, I just don't like it as much as the other songs. The chorus is still good after 2 years, but the verse gets a bit annoying
