I'd probably just break out in tears if I had just played & nailed So Far Away onstage with the band, and then M. Shadows said to me "Jimmy would be proud!". That would hit me so freaking hard. Him saying just in this video hits me, and I'm watching months later on a computer screen! Seriously, that would be the greatest day of my life, almost no holds barred. You are a lucky man. This has got to be the most epic moment in that guy's life. Even I feel it for him. It was just that great. Just look at him, he absolutely nailed the song and the solos, considering there were thousands in front of him and playing alongside such an awesome band. I would have pissed in my pants if I were him. But he was so calm, and controlled, he even chattered with syn, zacky and johnny as if he knew them for years. Who could do that?! He absolutely stole the stage.I just feel so happy for him

People have no idea how hard this is. To be handed a guitar that's not yours and you have no experience with and to just play in front of so many people. Personally, I even have a hard time using other people's guitars.

blackknightkanos not to mention that he played next to his probably favourite band and tried to give them a really good impression. This geezer was fucking legendary. I have nothing but respect for him. So calm, and so good for a person who was handed a guitar and asked to play along with the song. A7X!

Hell, biggest gig i've done was playing guitar in front of about a thousand people for a 2-hour set, with 2 years of live performances with the band and a dozen performances of violin and piano for the school (music-intensive high school) and with my own gear and I was still nervous af. Every time I dream about getting pulled by a band/artist I like and think everything would be awesome, but I would prob just stagedive right out xD

This guy definitely has some experience playing live. Probably has his own band. He looked decently comfortable. But STILL. It’s a whole different thing when you’re called up to play in front of THAT many people with a real BIG band and one that’s one of your favorites. Thrown in there without any practice with the band or their equipment and an unfamiliar guitar, without warming up. Just thrown into that situation. Amazing
