You gotta love how the hacker goes overboard and doesn't do the usual hacker thing of " Oh... I didn't realize I was making the game super unfun for you guys. I thought you were having fun shooting at me too... I'm sorry. " and spawning things for you. I recall joining a server, getting exploded immediately and going " Awww. It's not even a cool hacker that gives you juggernaut suits and cool cars to cruise in. " He spawns in next to me suddenly, spawns a flatbed, suddenly I'm in a juggernaut suit and he gets in the driver seat. I'm not invincible, the flatbed is just the armored flatbed you can get from the military contracts and he drives me around while throwing grenades out the window and I'm shooting off the back. Got to full five star wanted, a bunch of other players joined in and we eventually had a ring of burned out cars, five other players all shooting out at the cops, the hacker spawned in health drops and ballistic vest drops from the horde gamemode that made us lag out occasionally when we used them, but we survived that 5 star wanted level for nearly an hour, then the hacker left and we held out roughly another half hour before we eventually died off from attrition. Still was incredibly fun and when we were overrun we had a guy " fire for effect " with his big death ray and nuke the overpass we were holding out on. Decimated all the circling helicopters and tanks that had rolled over our wreckage barricades. That's one of my fondest GTA memories. Then there's the one that took all of my weapons as soon as I logged in, remade my character and just hit randomize several times, then reset all my stats to 0 and had renamed everybody on the server stuff like " D*ckface " " Knoblicker " " Knobswab " So people are losing control of their characters, getting what looks like a DC, getting their connection back and their character is absolutely f*cked. ( I'm censoring myself because KZbin's now catering towards kids even though KZbin Kids exists. Parents won't do their job and make sure their children stay on the kids app, so now the adults and teens have to talk like little children are watching to be more ad friendly. Makes so much sense. Doing great raising our kids, fellow Gen Z. Clearly " working and just your child finding their way". Not your gross negligence leading to what'll likely become an entitled person that develops into a narcissist and then a rapist or murderer. )
