Excellent piece! Ive owned mine for close to a year and all I can say is that its fun to wear and the compliments and convesation is incredible. And before the Stockholm troll chimes in please note note that I don't argue with random dudes or females on the internet. I buy what I like and I wear what I want. Cheers!

Like I mentioned in a previous video I got an A11 SE same as this one and other models. The quality is spot on and the workmanship is outstanding. I showed up to an AD with this watch on my wrist. The sales guys gathered around me wanting to know more … 😁😁

Just applied for a concierge appointment. Will order but have questions. Is there a warranty...who services it...is there sales tax or duty......other questions as well.

There is no sales tax, and there is no duty tax. What will end up happening is they will send you an invoice and you’ll just pay them directly. There are no fees there is only a shipping fee. They take care of their warranty, they also take care of their own servicing. I believe it’s a minimum two year warranty. I know this is there’s any issues with the watch, they will work with you to make sure they correct their wrongs

@@allthingsrandom8137 Thank you for the info and quick response. The concierge service says it can't take an appt. That's a big red flag to me. I found an email that Producer Michael posted and no response from that so far. Not concerned about the movement being from Hong Kong as long as it is to the standards they claim. Aventi - if your following this post - I'm out if I don't hear from you in a few days. Don't mind waiting for the watch to be manufactured but won't wait much longer to be contacted.

Its not most complicated sapphire case. Possibly most facets but not mist complicated. Curved surfaces are more difficult to cnc and polish. Also the case is polished in china, not Switzerland so its a much cheaper process.

@@stockholmpublishings2937 you know we're always right here to respond to your onslaughts of criticism😉 We don't need to tell you that we're open and honest about what we do, we live and breathe that ethos. It's true, setting the cnc machine and creating ideal tooling for curved surfaces is really difficult... Our team have gone through that process and taken it to another level. Our case has more facets and edges than anything else on the market, early samples also had a curved backplate. Regardless of cost, it takes much longer for a single craftsmen to finish our cases because they must consistently polish using the same amount of pressure from start to finish - all by hand. Any variance in this pressure and the finished appearance of the sapphire crystal will show inconsistencies... It's also true that new, interested clients might have to wait a few weeks or more to speak with us. We speak to everyone in a one on one meeting and give them our full, undivided attention. Calls with our Concierge are a chance to share information & form new relationships, they should not be rushed. As we continue to grow our boutique Concierge team will expand, allowing us to bring down those wait times. More specific to the customer service Chase was referring to in his video: Each of our existing clients/Aventi Family are cared for individually by one of our Concierge staff. We do our best to foster and maintain that relationship, & ensure the person knows we are always there to help. I've personally been assigned as Chase's Concierge and it's very fulfilling to hear that his experience has been great! Let's see what you have to say about the above. I know you work for the Swiss but at some point you must have some humility. You must see how authentically happy our customers are with the finished product. As I said above; it takes us a little while to reach everyone because the number of people interested in a watch currently far outweighs our capacity to facilitate a 30 minute, one on one call. It’s hard to show the substantial crystal or high value look on camera… looks totally different in person
