AVENTUS + BR540 | Alexandria Fragrances Game Time Fragrance Review

I’m in no way coming at you bro,because I’m wise enough to know you’re just the messenger.....but who really wants to let a fragrance sit for a month when they first purchase the fragrance??? You’re already stoked when you receive the fragrance,but having to wait a month is absurd to me!! Alexandria should let the fragrance “mature” at their lab/factory or whatever it’s called where a fragrance is produced. Once it’s matured at their factory then sell it to the consumer!! Just have an “available soon” note under the particular fragrance until it’s “matured”.

Maceration in this context means letting a newly mixed perfume age for a period of weeks or months before using or selling (maceration also refers to one of the processes of extracting natural odor compounds). I have read many places that this aging step is important but this doesn't make any sense to me and every explanation I have read sounds like black magic, not organic chemistry. Here is a typical explanation: " the fragrant molecules become more dispersed in the alcohol solution and the mixture as a whole becomes more homogenous" With the exception of unusual cases in which the fragrant molecules are unusually slow to dissolve in ethanol, this makes no sense. (and if they are slow to dissolve, heating is the obvious solution, not waiting weeks) I suspect the whole thing is a collective figment of the olfactory imagination. Anybody have an opinion or information?

Gotta pick this up, love the Tuscan King by them. Goes 10+ hours on my skin, really hope we see more mixed fragrances from them.

Game Time & Casino Elixir are both worth the purchase even though they both are hybrids of Creed Aventus & BR540 yet they are different in smell....I have both & enjoy them both. But Game time is a must have....Once mine macerate which I will use for the spring season, I'm pretty sure it will quite awesome like all my other Alexandria fragrances.

Casino Elixir is a AMAZING fragrance. Puts out for hours upon hours. I gotta get my hands on Game Time soon🙏

Casino Elixr is perfect to me!! I have no complaints. It’s a perfect blend and combo of both frags in one bottle. Not too heavy on the Aventus or BR540 either. I get 10+ hours and massive projection with just 2 or 3 sprays no exaggeration🙏💪😤 I have yet to try Gametime tho i will soon. Dope video bro keep it up my g just Subbed OneLove ✌️

Is it true about letting the fragrance mature? Because I bought a new bottle and it does smell a-bit more alcohol'ish, in comparison to my older Alexanderia batch? Hoping the scent just needs to mature a bit more and its not a bad bottle lol

Junior Margiela technically you’re able to use it now if you want but yes it’s definitely well known to give your fragrance about a month to mature more. Typically what people do and they talk about it in the groups is it’s a seasonal fragrance they will buy it in advance and just let it sit until that season to where it comes around. For example it’s still winter now. I would buy a spring/summer Alexandria and when I get it I just put it up until it’s time and it’ll be a beast once it’s time. If it’s one that you can wear year-round I would just give it a month
