For the inflation of petpets recently, there's been talks in the subreddit about a group of users that purposely inflate items if people are looking or talking about them? It's been happening with a lot of random stuff recently. It's probably the same with petpets, sadly. After this recent change of management, I hope they look into the botting and inflation!

It is SO exciting to find other people still into Neopets after all these years! Especially guys - I can never find other ones who do anything but flinch at the mention of it. I've been playing daily for years now, albeit extremely casually, but the recent reclamation of the site by TNT has me hopeful that I and many others will really sink our teeth back into their content again because there is literally infinite potential with this site. Thanks for staying strong in the community! I'm hoping to learn a lot from you (since, even after all this time, I'm relatively unversed with how the heck I'm supposed to do anything at an advanced level around here) and, with any luck, I'll see you and say hi over on the Neoboards :)

This is controversial but I think restocking as it exists right now has to end. There's just no way to ensure that it's fair with ai at the level that its at now. Grundo cafe's system of giving players 3 random items for playing html5 games seems like it would be more difficult to exploit, so it;s crossed my mind that restocking itself be turned into a game, or a series of games at each shop. Then all players have an equal chance of getting shop items...not just people with the fastest connection (or the most shameless bot)

I'm excited that they're finally bringing back some OG games. I've missed them so much.. that's honestly why I broke my several year hiatus. Customizing has been fun though, and with the AC winnings I was finally able to have some fun with it. & those birthday capsules are so addicting to open. You got some great items! I wish I had the ability to see the caps on them like you can. NC trading is tricky but getting the hang of it.

got any advice for old returning players? I just regained access to my 16(!!!) year old account after your videos kept showing up in my yt recommended. i haven't been active since 2012ish and the last time i remember even popping my head in to check on the site was around when jumpstart first took over. i was very much a do my dailies, play flash games for a couple hours, and stare longingly at my dreamies on neocolours kinda kid and now adult me is still broke as hell. is it possible for someone basically starting from scratch to compete for potions and paint brushes with the economy in shambles?
