I was able to get mine on launch day and it has been my favorite so far. It’s perfect hanging off my rear plate bag and easily able to be yanked out quickly I’ve been running it for months and won’t go back. The liner is called pack cloth

It’s a really solid piece of kit man. I’d concur with you in that it’s been my favorite to date out of all the options I have at my disposal in terms of toting an IFAK on a plate carrier… with the Ferro mini dangler being a close second. Thanks for your input and help with the terminology!

I'm 2 years late to this...but i needed to ask a couple of things : Are you in service? and if yes, how did you managed to insert this into the IFAK usage of your unit? (usually we get something issued and we all need to use it in the same way/place and so on) Did you practice with it or just run with it on your kit? ...I mean, i can see how on one handed deployment ,you might just "yard sale" everything in it ,depending on what your stuffing in it (and those elastic bands seem flimsy and spaced weirdly)

It drives me crazy when gear companies run the multicam pattern vertical like that. I’m sure it has something to do with making production easier or less wasteful but the pattern was designed a specific way.

Agreed, I’m inherently anal about this kindof stuff so it bothers me from an aesthetics standpoint alone in itself. From a practicality standpoint as you stated not how the pattern was designed or intended to be laid. Hard to tell if there was any rhyme or reason behind it but it’s non typical of Ferro to skimp out on this type of stuff in the name of cutting manufacturing costs. In addition this product was the first of its kind from Ferro to have the pattern lay like this so I’m assuming it likely came from the guys at FOG.
