Emergency response for a trespasser. Unrealistic. Multi-agency response for a trespasser. Unrealistic. Searching for a trespasser that is obviously not on scene when there is no agent of the property to order them to leave. Unrealistic. Patrolling and walking around with fucking nitrile gloves; realistic and retarded. Not clearing the call as soon as no person was located. Unrealistic. Call for service was for a trespasser at the Flywheels Garage, not the airport, searching at a different location is not only pointless but arguably illegal. Unrealistic. Entering and searching a garage (of the airport) even if apparently open is most certainly a violation of privacy, the "plane" of the building exists to the frame of a door, just because a door is open doesn't mean a person (or officer) has a right to access it. Locating the male on the property of the orginial call for service who immediately flees from law enforcement does give a right to detain, but where is an agent of the property to state he was told to leave? Does the agency(s) have an authorization to act? Every cop has an English accent in North Carolina. Unrealistic. Detaining an individual, by placing them in cuffs, controlling their movement, and asking incriminating questions, realistic but illegal and a violation of that defendant's right against self incrimination (Miranda). CONTINUING TO ASK GUILT SEEKING QUESTIONS WHILE CLEARLY DETAINED. You already have evidence of First Degree Trespassing, the Officer recording saw him leave the fenced in area. Patting down while detained, cuffed, and secured is not a frisk, it is a search. There is no Officer Safety concern. The Officer could of searched the person incident to arrest, but the person was not arrested and it appeared to be more of a frisk. Unrealistic and illegal. Moving your car... unrealistic. Not knowing the proper law, realistic. It is not an offense to swear in public in North Carolina. Needlessly esclating the person in cuffs, realistic. FiveM call that doesn't end in a shootout? The Adult Miranda Rights, per the North Carolina Justice Academy and published by Attorney General Roy Cooper is: - You have the right to remain silet. - Anything you say can be and may be used as evidence against you in court. - You have the right to talk with a lawyer before questioning and to have a lawyer with you while you are being questioned. - If you want a lawyer before or during questioning but cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you at no cost before any questioning. Reading the improper Miranda rights, unrealistic. Don't throw around "realistic." This is not realistic. Realistic is boring.

@@mopermcmope. And i didn’t search the airport my supervisor did so I followed his actions and uppon seeing the suspect we then followed him through and as for the incriminating questions that’s what was thought in training and I will be fixing that for the next videos. Thanks

@@JACKTHEMANTV Supervisors getting you in trouble? Realistic. A law enforcement officer is bound to their own observations, knowledge, and experience. Would you shoot if they shot? Is that what you're going to tell the SBI when they investigate? Independence is a quality trait of a good law enforcement officer. Never rely on anyone except yourself.

I'm sorry to say this, but you should cite him first before pressing charges. This is a citation for trespassing, and since he ran from you, it also it's a felony charge for attempting to flee and evade a government official. and Trespassing usually involves being in a place where you’re not allowed to be especially after being asked to leave Since this is a public building and no one requested him to leave it doesn't qualify as trespassing. But you could ask him to leave but keep up the vids man.

@@FaithfulNinja it wasn’t a public building it was private property and we have had issues with this guy in the past he’s a dealer but we don’t have enough evidence yet so we just have to keep charging him with other stuff
