I stumbled across Nodus while on ebay browsing thru watches. I just started my journey shy of a year ago. I was looking at Seiko, Citizen and Bulova....then I saw the Nodus Duality Chasm. I had never spent $500 on a watch before yet that beauty grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. I now have 3 Nodus, a couple Zelos, Phoibus, Deep Blue and finding others as well. I've already begun selling my watches that I started out with and I really enjoy the microbrand category.

So glad to see this reviewed, having been watching keenly on the nodus group for updates. Wes and Cullen are killing it, their designs are interesting without being over the top. On my sector pilot and retrospect III, the quality control and build quality is perfect, and they are such versatile pieces. Can't wait for my Deep to arrive 😎

This thing is bad-ass. I love the dual-index bezel, I wish more tool watch makers would do that. The left hand crown is not my thing, but this is one cool piece. They really nailed the design language on this, especially the DLC on the bezel and the crown.

Looks great - Pelagos vibes. Would make a lot of sense as a titanium model. I am concerned about the matte finish polishing and scratching over time and I worry about the bezel finish wearing through over time. If worn as a daily, this might look rough after a couple years. Whether it's a wabi sabi kinda rough or a 'the finish is failing' sorta rough only time and the eye of the wearer would tell. I like it though. Good job Nodus.

As far as I can tell, you are number 1'in getting word and sight it on this new Nodus model. I caught a quick glimpse of it in a quick video passing by their table from a Wind-Up ... I think NY?... And I immediately was like "...wait, what's that?! I think that's new!..." I see 62mas/Pelagos style dial , Seiko Tuna hands, Sinn style colors & bezel, Sinn/Pelagos/Willard style crown, 62mas style case. The only thing that's maybe missing is if this were in titanium. Then you got a very decent and original alternative to a Tudor Pelagos... And Sinn and Seiko, as u mentioned. As it is, this looks pretty sweet already. Oh, the clasp extension... I believe Zelos had a similar design and they recently fixed that extension gap and break in the aesthetics in their new Blacktop GMT. The extension portion is still external. BUT, they redesigned the extension portion to look like a smoother less jarring section between the clasp and links. Maybe Nodus will update this to sometime similar later.

Another gem from Nodus. I love their watches, the attention to details in design end execution just slaps you in the face every time you see a new Nodus. They are really, really special. You can see they are built by real watch lovers.

Highly tempting! Nodus always brings their A-Game. I"m a big fan. I own 3 (Duality, Retrospect, Sector Pilot) and I really do love them all. And every time they release something, I get tempted again. This does intrigue me, man they really want my money. :) I would like to see what they will do with their Contrail line.

I like this a lot. It definitely has a bit of Sinn U1 and Tudor Pelagos that works cohesively and looks like its own thing and not a homage of either one.

great design though I must say I'm not a fan of the 42mm overhang bezel. Would be perfect at 40-41mm

I would happily pay for the upgrade to a sellita, eta movement. Nh35 is a work horse all you want, but still a cheap movement. ETA and sellita are more stable and solid all around. I hope Nodus start using them, ‘cause I really dig their designs.

Reminds me of Hexa and Sinn. I would love a white dial model

I like everything except that overhang, definitely not sure about that...

This watch is really nice once tbe bracelet is swapped out for sailcloth or silicone. The factory bracelet is downright mediocre & I’m not a fan of the coating. Overall, excellent timepiece for the price. 👍🏻

The only nodus i liked. Copied mix of pelagos, skx, and sinn. Date could’ve been left out though.

Nice watch but for two no's. Don't need another diver. And don't need another NH35 movement. red tide steel.
