Very very sympathic ! Looks like a groundstanding family-runned company! Apreciate. I use the original Tabasco to spice up almost everything, its hot enough. One small bottle per week. For chicken i allow some Tabasco Habanero- really hot and fruity. Now i am looking forward to a small bottle of Scorpio....😈 But my absolutely fav is the original Tabasco!! Surrounded by any 'modern' sauces with some skull labels and crazy scoville amounts, my Tabasco is every time my choice, and this will remain. Everywhere i go, a small bottle is with me. I 'm not a chili head. I only apreciate well spiced food and quality.

+Semper Equus Well no shit, what did you expect? For the most part, hot sauces (such as tobasco) are made as a seasoning, not to see who's got the biggest cojones and eating the hottest. What you said is the equivalent of criticizing beer because it's got 5% abv simply because you drink vodka which has a much higher abv, yet beer is mainly a drink to "refresh" and vodka is usually consumed to get drunk.

Semper Equus I use tobacco. I'm Mexican. I use many dried, smoked and fermented peppers in my cooking. You realize we make chipotle? It's smoked and it's not super spicy. It's there for flavor. So we also make sauces like this. I'm writing this from a viewpoint of a Mexican chef. I think instead of eating peppers just make your mouth numb you should also try using fermented, smoked, and dried peppers in your food for flavor. It's more rewarding than just burning your mouth and bragging about it
