16:30 you're so right Avery the need to keep things around that you will never get to in your lifetime can overwelm. Get rid of it keep a couple of the projects most important to you. Once it's all gone try and focus on those few remaining projects and complete them. Kinda like Mike and his cars when thru neccesity he had to liquidate them. However he probably will never finish 20% of his remaining cars he kept and continues to collect? He will never see them restored, never drive them and never sell them. BUT our boy Mike owns them and it's his prerogative what he wants to do with them.
