Hi, Your video is very good. I have a problem. I have started learning PDMS but the Draft, Design and other views are not opening. The message for the views pop up but then the PDMS monitor pops up. Inside the modules in the monitor, the restore views are grayed or disabled. Please advise how I may restore these views so that relevant Modules can be opened. Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

Start up file is nothing special! You just define environment variables in batch file...You could define them in the Windows it self but than they would be the same for all projects...that's why you define them in batch

kumar navin DB-s you wanna share across projects have to have unique numbers...Aveva has its catalogs DB within range 7000...You specify some numbers that you are shure there won't be collision because in one project there could be no collision and in the another one could be

kumar navin No you can add what ever users you like and set what ever password you like....Free user can acces everything, general can't acces admin and lexicon
