He and the band on the Otherside tour swam in rivers, jet skied, hiked in the mountains, exercised in the parking lots every time they stopped for gas and he still stayed pale. One of the band members was a marathon runner and Avi could hold his own against him.

Been wondering the same thing. I bet he can do it so well because he practiced the overtone singing for tours. I think it has something to do with tongue placement so he would know a lot about how to do that.

Times have changed. He was coming out of bad times and unsure about his future. He has signed with the record company of his dreams, has the home he always dreamed of, is gaining new fans everyday, working with Mike Mogis, his live shows are the best things you will ever see. He took charge of his life and it's amazing to see the difference.
