Excellent video by the way and my favorite part was when the captain called V1 rotate and then the co-pilot lifted off the Boeing737-700 beautiful takeoff! The Boeing747400 has always caught my eye and my heart but, my favorite aircraft is the Boeing737800 Max!

Stabilizer trim. There are buttons on the yoke when the pilot trims up or down, the wheel is spinning by the throttle to confirm visually and by sound that the trim was applied

It’s the stab trim as mentioned. It moves the horizontal stabilizer to maintain a reference speed, in Boeings. The 737 being an old aircraft, had a retractable handle on the trim wheels which pilots could use for manual movement. Newer Boeings have done away with the trim wheels.

Both people in the cockpit are referred to as 'pilots', but the left hand seat is usually where the 'captain' or 'senior pilot' sits. What’s the complication level flying this aircraft then any other aircraft or spaceship. Maybe a higher level of complexity and understanding of the flight deck instrument panel plenty of switches, buttons and levers.
