The weather is quite relevant for flying a plane, so a discussion about it is most likely not against the regulations.

Amazing how long the pilot flies for himself. In all the other videos you see Autopilot is engaged right after takeoff.
@ScaleXLR8 жыл бұрын
Yer you tend to fly a bit longer when you are dousing you're last flight on an airplane as the captain was on this plane the fun part of hand flying is after takeoff until the gear and flaps are retracted because it changes the configuration of the airplane and you have to respond to that by increasing speed bot When that's done and it just becomes a task of following the magenta line then the autopilot is you're best body because it does the job weary well :-)

Question: just exactly what is that small 'flap' located between the main flaps and what does it do? From watching these video's, it appears to just flap in the breeze.
@maninthecab6 жыл бұрын
David Barnett It’s the inboard aileron ; if you get a clear view of the whole wing , you’ll see that it moves in sync with the main aileron further out , although the inboard moves through a greater arc . On newer Boeing models , it moves out and down slightly with the initial flap deployment, becoming a “flaperon “ .

Because air traffic control needs to maintain separation. It's possible that the aircraft in front was slower so they had to slow down as well.
