If you can look around and not feel something from all of this you're probably psychopath. The trick is that we have to learn how to cope with it. How to filter it out. And how to focus on the good. I decided to become a healer because of Avicii. When he died I knew exactly how he felt. It hit me hard. I felt him I can feel him here now. I'm a psychic medium. And healer but I'd never wanted to admit it or really embrace it. I was really afraid of being weird & I already didn't feel loved in the way that I needed. I hadn't been supported by my family. No mom or dad arround - group home at 14, drug dealer boyfriend at 17. I'd always been intuitive, empathetic, sensitive which made me really emotional. + Trauma etc etc. The thing is is that you're not alone but SOCIETY wants you to THINK THAT YOU ARE so we Just keep hiding all our pain & keep killing ourselves working and driving and doing all this craziness for what?!? Because I've had 39 years of people telling me to hurry up & Do this and do that. It takes time. Be patient with yourself. And GIVE YOURSELF ALL THE LOVE. YOU ARE SO WORTHY OF LOVING. Stop taking in other people's BS junk ideas. Curate what you eat. What you listen to and Don't let anybody push you into things. Fuck that. This is your life!! Don't forget that. Go to a meeting.
