When I was 7 my father was diagnosed with brain cancer. He died when I was 17 after an unbelievable battle. In 2021, my mother died from Covid. 4 days ago I was told my only sibling, my sister, was murdered by her husband. This song has been my anthem of late. I just turned 40 2 weeks ago, so only halfway there... I'm a million miles from home, which I will have to recreate. I'm a million miles from where I came from. I've seen more troubles...Yet, I have a wonderful wife and two amazing children, followed the yellow brick road to my own city of gold and own multiple businesses. I have made my way, knowing the joy that is every morning I simply wake up. I have a million miles to go...and I have seen enough joy to just keep going.

He had so many concerts that he had no time for his mental health. On a tour in Oman, 2018 April 20th, he ended it all after sending a message to his parents saying 'he can't take it anymore'. Unfortunately, he passed away. But to me, he is and will always be my hero. I'm a victim of depression and anxiety but his music has kept me alive each day. I wish I could tell him all the good things his music has done to me 😔. Avicii forever 🎶🎧🕊️❤️
