i tried to AMA link my mp4 video, but i got "wrong format issue". then, i tried to AMA link another footage from same camera and same format, at this time i succesfull to linking. what was happened? "hope you understand what im saying, sorry for my bad english" 😂

It could be the camera is recording in a non-standard version of MP4. If Media Composer is having trouble reading it, try transcoding to DNxHD or DNxHR (2K or greater) outside of Avid and then link to the new media. Shutter Encoder is a good free option for this. Adobe Media Encoder also does a good job.
